The hotel has maintained an overall good rating of 4 stars on sites like expedia. However, we were able to find a few complaints about the existence of bed bugs. A traveller named Dorothy posted a review on expedia claiming she dealt with bed bugs in her stay, and had a really hard time claiming the refund on her payment.
