Do you have guest rooms with Jacuzzis?
We have King room mini-suites and two-room suites that feature Jacuzzis and fireplaces.
Do you have microwaves and refrigerators in your guest rooms?
All guest rooms are outfitted with microwaves and refrigerators for our guests convenience.
Do you have an exercise room?
Our exercise room, the Holly Fitness Center, is located on the second floor, and features two treadmills, two stationary bikes, and two elliptical machines. The exercise room is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Do you have Internet access for guests? Is there any cost?
We offer wired and wireless Internet access in all guest rooms, free of charge.
Do you have an elevator?
We have two main elevators and a pool elevator.

Is your hotel handicap accessible?
The Inn at Christmas Place is fully compliant with all current ADA regulations. We have eight designated handicap-accessible guest rooms, four of which are equipped with roll-in showers.
Do you have pay-per-view movies?
We do not offer pay-per-view movie channels. We have a selection of family-friendly Christmas movies for free check-out from the front desk. These can be played on the DVD player located in each guest room. The television lineup includes HBO.
What time do you put the cookies out?
Santa shares his cookies with our guests nightly from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the front desk.
What is on your Breakfast menu?
Served daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., our hot items may include scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, biscuits, gravy, hash browns, made-to-order omelets, hot and cold cereals, doughnuts, bagels, toast, yogurt, orange and apple juices, milk, and four kinds of coffee. Breakfast items are subject to change.
Do you sell the Christmas coffee?
We do sell our special house blend, Cozy Christmas Coffee, as well as other retail items which are available for purchase at our front desk.
What days will Santa be at the Inn?
Santa is here regularly every morning except Wednesday and Sunday. He has concerts in the lower lobby on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings.
Occasionally Santa has to fly back to the North Pole for emergencies, so please call the hotel directly to verify his schedule.
