The closer you examine how a game functions, the more technical everything gets until you start to see that certain processes can determine how fast certain elements function as well as certain mechanics. The Redirector mod attempts to take a look at the Minecraft code directly and then readjust it in ways to make it more efficient.

Bobby is a bit more focused than some of the previous mods. Rather than tackling all of Minecraft, Bobby focuses on increasing the server's maximum rendering distance. This will increase how far you can see while simply standing, as well as the smoothness of flying with an Elytra.
Sometimes, using Elytra can feel like flying through a groundless void. By pre-rendering chunks that you have yet to visit, your flight will become much smoother, allowing you to see the ground below.
